D.O.T. Testing FMVSS-121 Greening Laboratories has tested the “Gatlin Rapid Change Brake System” and has given the results to the Department Of Transportation as to our brake system passing the federal (FMVSS-121) standards for the United States.

Brake Corrosion Testing Rust-jacking has become a problem in some of the states which use chemicals in melting the ice on roadways. The “Gatlin Rapid Change Brake System” has passed the corrosion test with great results. The quality of our brake system can meet the corrosives used in these states and extend the life of your brake system used in these states.

Manufacturing Quality starts with the materials we use in manufacturing the ”Gatlin Rapid Change Brake System”. We start with new cold-rolled steel and use modern laser burning tables to meet our tolerance levels for each piece in the manufacturing process. Robotic welding is used for welds that again fit our close tolerance levels. Each piece is then plated with a special zinc coating, giving you the quality and extended life of our brake system even when used in states with corrosive chemicals on the roadways. Quality is used right down to the packaging and delivery of the product to your door.
